Our units are brand new, and after every rental we personally inspect, disinfect, and clean the units as needed. Not only are our units clean, but the road to our facility is paved all of the way from Chisholm (and Side Lake) and our entire facility lot is covered with black rock - meaning no dust, dirt, or mud from gravel or dirt roads.

PRIVATE

Our facility is in a very private rural setting and is surrounded by a scenic woodline that screens our units from the road and adjacent properties. Our units are tucked in over 125' off of the road and our layout has no unit doors facing the road - giving you the utmost privacy.

SECURE

Our facility features a security gate that requires use of a passcode for entry onto the facility grounds and we have multiple cameras monitoring the facility 24/7/365. Our steel storage units are the most secure storage units available on the market with double steel doors, lockboxes, and no shared walls or dividers with any other unit.

There are no open cielings or flimsy partitions in between your unit and your neighboring unit. The roof and all sides are made of Corten steel, and our specific units have the thickest available steel panels used on any shipping container made today. All of our units have 4 total locking points and heavy duty steel doors for the utmost security, unlike flimsy roll-up doors that can easily be broken into.

WEATHER & RODENT-PROOF

Our containers utilize double door seals, eliminating the possibility for rodents and water intrusion from wind driven rain - unlike units with roll-up doors that typically have gaps around the door. These containers are also made to withstand the harsh weather conditions of the open ocean, all while keeping contents inside nice and dry. Additionally, our units don't weep moisture up through our wooden floors like units with concrete floors - meaning even if you place boxes directly on the floor of one of our storage units, they won't get wet like they typically do with concrete floor storage units.

As an added bonus, our units roofs do not shed water or snow toward the storage unit door, unlike typical "pole barn" style storage units where water from the roof comes down on you when you enter or exit the unit when its raining. This also means with our units you don't have to worry about snow sliding off of the roof during those warmer winter days into spring.
